Matt and I hiked the Kalalau Trail along the Nā Pali Coast of Kauai for Hana Hou! Magazine - Korea. It was an incredible journey, hiking on the stunningly beautiful, rugged trail along high sea cliffs, with a grueling elevation gain. It's lush, tropical, overgrown and wild, the trail bed is muddy, eroding in parts, and looking down at the steep drop off to the ocean, definitely gets your adrenaline going. We started at sunrise and ended at sunset, unfortunately we didn't have enough time to do the entire 11 mile trek to Kalalau Beach, but one day I hope to.
