Matt and I loved working on this award-winning feature for Hana Hou! The Hawaiian Airlines Magazine about the many traditions of yoga thriving in Hawaii, profiling six island yogis. Island Om | Heather Heintz


Heather Heintz teaches an awesome Chocolate Tapas Advanced Yoga class at Balancing Monkey Yoga now called Warrior Won School of Yoga in Hilo, Hawaii where advanced practitioners meet once a week for an experimental class conducted around chocolate. Island Om | Rachel Gonzalez


Rachel Gonzalez is the founder/owner of Body Alive Yoga and a tattoo artist in Wailuku, Maui. Her training is influenced by Hatha and Ashtanga yoga practices and she teaches a class called Body Rock Yoga, emphasizing strength building while playing rock music.
